FROM PRATTVILLE AUTAUGA HUMANE SHELTER
Beautiful Oakley was chosen to be this weekโs featured pet.
Oakley is a 6-year-old male German Shepherd mix who must be neutered before he is adopted. He was brought in from out in the county by Animal Control. Sadly, his owner never came looking for him. Oakley has a gorgeous blond coat! He is stunningly handsome! Oakley’s eyes look like he is wearing black eyeliner which just adds to his exotic good looks. He is an extremely sweet and loving guy who is very attentive to the folks around him. Oakley gets along well with everyone at the shelter. He would be just fine in a home with other dogs and children. The staff just can’t say enough good things about this awesome fellow! Oakley will make a wonderful family dog who will quickly bond to his adopter.
Our adoption fee is $120.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative. The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm. We will be closed this Thursday, March 25th for our staff training, as we do one day each month.
March 25th. Adoptions are by appointment only at this time. For more information about our shelter, please call 358-2882, find us on Facebook at Prattville/Autauga Humane Society, email [email protected]., or visit our website at www.prattvilleautaugahumane.org.
