7 Brew Coffee coming to Millbrook after site plan approval by Council

The Millbrook City Council has approved a site plan for a new 7 Brew Coffee drive-thru business.

It will be located on an out parcel near Publix, off of Hwy. 14.

The applicant for the site proposal is Mike Gray, Vice President of Development, Southern Brew Corporation. The location address will be 42 Kelley Boulevard, zoned as B-2 (Individual Stores.)

Wells Holiday P.E. with Tacall Companies/Southern Brew Corp., was present at the meeting this morning before the council.

The business will sit on a 1.52 acre site and will include 522square feet of drive through coffee service. It will include James Hardie Hardipanels board and batten, with brick accents, aluminum trip, metal canopies, flexible LED accent lighting, and glass storefront windows and doors.

With the site plan approved, construction is set to begin soon, with an expected completion date later this year.
