Day One of the Wetumpka Bunny Hop Monday was a HUGE success, with all eggs found.
Crystal Bethea and Rhonda Cotter put out the eggs early Monday morning throughout historic downtown Wetumpka and the area around Gold Star Park.
They were back out this morning, with 156 more eggs to hide. Included in the offering throughout this week are also Golden Eggs. Inside you will find gift certificates to Wetumpka businesses. Other eggs have treats, small prizes and candy.
Eggs will be hidden each day through Friday. Follow their event page so you will see when the eggs for the day are hidden and it is time to go hunting! Please post photos of your hunt as well to the page. The link is: https://www.facebook.com/events/2931837363772704/?active_tab=discussion
There is NO CHARGE to participate in this event, which was the dream of the Bethea & Cotter Team, Realtors, LanMac Realty LLC. You do not have to dig, or climb to find the eggs. All our outdoors in downtown historic Wetumpka or in the area of Gold Star Park.
The duo just wanted to have a fun event and hosting it during Elmore County Schoolโs Spring Break was a perfect choice.
