Theodore is a 1-year-old male Terrier mix who will need to be neutered before adoption. He was found near a busy, dangerous highway, and sadly, his owner never came for him. With his white coat and black markings, Theodore is an adorable little guy! Weighing just 15 pounds, he’s a small dog with a big personality. He’s active and loves to play, so we recommend he go to a home with older children. If you already have a dog, a meet and greet will be required before adoption. Theodore has so much love and fun to share with the right adopter!
Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under ‘special needs’ our dogs have screened heart worm negative. *****Please note that PAHS does NOT do online adoption applications. You must come to the shelter in person to meet the PAHS pets.*****
