Katie is a 6-month-old female Catahoula mix who will need to be spayed before adoption. Found as a stray, her owner never came forward. She’s absolutely gorgeous, with a brownish coat and black markings that make her a real stunner! Weighing 35 pounds, she will grow into a medium-sized adult. Katie is affectionate, sweet, smart, and—the list of her wonderful traits just goes on! She would be a fantastic companion for kids and other dogs. Do not miss the chance to bring home this beauty with the sweetest personality.
Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under ‘special needs’ our dogs have screened heart worm negative. *****Please note that PAHS does NOT do online adoption applications. You must come to the shelter in person to meet the PAHS pets.*****
