Taste at the Fain, located in the historic Fain Theater, has officially announced it has closed its doors effective Saturday, March 21, 2026, according to the owners.
“We’ve made the difficult decision to close our doors,” said Owner Ginger Hahn. “We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our customers, staff, and community over the years. This was not an easy choice, but we’re proud of what we built and the memories shared here.”
Taste at the Fain has served customers in downtown Wetumpka for several years and has been a popular local dining spot for residents and visitors.
“With current economic conditions, prices going up for food and power, and trying to keep prices low for the public, it just didn’t work,” said Hahn.
The announcement marks the end of longtime business in the Wetumpka community, but customers can still visit their other locations in Montgomery and Autauga counties.
