Stanhope Elmore High School students, teachers, faculty, families, and friends joined together to celebrate homecoming week, Sept. 26, 2025, with a parade and the annual senior pond jump.
The celebration kicked off with a lively parade featuring the JROTC, homecoming court, cheerleaders, band, football team, and school clubs. The procession began at the high school, moved down Hampton Oak Road, and continued along Main Street before turning onto Chapman Road.
Along the way, seniors broke from the route to uphold a beloved tradition—sprinting toward a small, local pond and leaping in together, marking their final homecoming in unforgettable fashion.
