An Autauga Grand Jury returned an indictment against a Prattville man on July 28 with charges including one count each of Rape 1st Degree, Sodomy 2nd Degree, Sexual Torture/Abuse and Foster Parent sex act.
Rodney A. Price turned himself into authorities July 31, to the Autauga County Sheriff’s office without incident, according to court records. His bond was listed at $180,000 and he made bond the same day.
This was an investigation done by the Prattville Police Department originally, but it took some time to make it to an Autauga County Grand Jury, which found there is enough evidence to move forward.
