At Tuesday night’s Autauga Board of Education meeting, the board members unanimously approved of selling the entire Autaugaville School property, to allow for a private Christian school.
The purchaser is Marquis Forge, Founder and CEO of MRaine Industries, and creator of Eleven86 Real Artesian Water. Forge was raised in Autaugaville, graduating from Autaugaville School as Valedictorian. He moved away for a time, creating his businesses, and came home with a promise. He would do everything he could to help his hometown, and he has more than made good on that promise. He spoke before the board during the meeting, about plans for the property that will allow his community to keep a school. We will have much more on this in coming articles.
