Mark your calendars! The Elmore County High School softball team is excited to announce its first-ever golf tournament. This exciting event aims to raise funds for the team’s upcoming season and provide a fun day of golf for participants and supporters.
The Tournament is set to take place on Monday, October 7th, at Aroostook Golf Course. Registration will begin at 10:30 AM, followed by lunch at 11:30 AM, and a shotgun start at 12:30 PM.
The team is still seeking sponsorships for the event, offering local businesses and individuals a chance to support the program while gaining valuable exposure.
“We are thrilled to host our first-ever Golf Tournament to benefit the Elmore County High School Girls’ Softball Program. This fundraiser will directly support our athletes by funding equipment, travel, and program improvements. We’re hoping this event not only brings together our community for a day of fun but also becomes a tradition we can continue for years to come. We’re incredibly grateful for the support from teams, sponsors, and local businesses. Every contribution goes a long way in helping our girls succeed on and off the field,” said Meghan Harris, ECHS softball coach.
