Resources in the Outfield will be at the Field of Dreams from 9:00 am until 12:00.
It is located behind the Prattville YMCA at 972 McQueen Smith Road, Prattville AL 36066.
We will have LOTS of resources for special needs families, FOOD VENDORS and a KID ZONE!
Come out and learn about all the special events and resources offered to special needs individuals and families in our community! All while enjoying food, baseball and lots of fun for the whole family!!
We will have Field of Dreams Baseball games on the field and the resources will be all around the outside of the outfield.
Our mission is to safely display the available River Region resources for our special needs community.
