Top Photo: Local farmers shared their wares in Prattville Saturday.
This morning was the official kick-off of the 2022 Farmers Market in downtown Prattville where lots of local farmers and vendors came to share their fruits, veggies and other various items with the public.
Starting bright and early at 7 a.m., almost 20 different booths opened up at the Grove on Doster Road to offer plenty of different fruits and vegetables, as well as honey, soaps, plants and even jewelry.
Local artist Madeline Mae played the guitar and sang, sharing her music with those visiting the market as well.

The Farmers Market, which is directly across the street from the Gillespie Center and Pratt Park, will be open from 7 a.m. until noon every Saturday until August 27.
