MONTGOMERY, AL – MAX Credit Union, a local financial institution based in Montgomery, AL, is pleased to announce the following promotions. Lynette Cupps has been appointed as MAX’s first Senior Vice President of Growth and Innovation.
Lynette has over 18 years of financial institution experience with MAX, and earned the national title of CUES Next Top Credit Union Executive in 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Troy University and a green belt in Six Sigma. Lynette is active in the community, serves on several local boards, and currently volunteers with Montgomery Area Council on Aging (MACOA).
We are also pleased to announce Carol Tucker as our Vice President of Sales and Service Center. Carol joined the MAX team in 2008 with over 12 years of financial institution experience. In her 13 years with MAX, Carol has helped develop our call center into a true service center, handling customer service through any method our membership chooses to communicate with us. Carol holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Auburn University Montgomery.
