Since June is Adopt a Pet Month we have picked another kitty this weekโher name is Cookie.
Meet Cookie, a darling 5-year-old tortoiseshell female cat, who has already been spayed. She is a sweetie! A nice man found her wandering alone on his rural property but was unable to keep her. Cookie is very social, friendly, and adores attention. She likes to play with her catnip toys, stretch out in the sun, and have her ears and chin scratched. Cookie adjusts well to other cats and would be a wonderful playmate for children. She is spunky and happy. Meet this little girl at the shelter today!
Our adoption fee is $120.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative. The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm. We do close one day each month for staff training โ that will be on Thursday, June 24th this month. Adoptions are currently by appointment only.
