SUN – Jan 28 – 6 PM – The General Overseer of the Church of God, Bishop Tim Hill will be preaching at Hunting Ridge Church of God, 305 Selma Highway, Prattville. In addition to his preaching, Bishop is well known as a singer and songwriter. Brian Hooks 799-3769
SAT – Feb 3 – 9 AM – The rescheduled Millbrook Revelers Mardi Gras and Parade will be held in Millbrook. Over 70 vendors at Village Green, Main Street. The parade will start at Noon from the Millcreek Sports Complex and will continue on Main Street to Coosada Road. Lots of beads, moon pies, stuffed animals and candy will be thrown into the crowd.
FRI – Feb 9 – 6:3- PM – Revival services start at Faith Baptist Church, 64 Chapel Road, Wetumpka with guest preacher Seth Johnson from Conway Arkansas. Special music ministry from Forgiven Heart, Henderson Highway, and Solid Rock. Contact Pastor Jim Lester at 318-4499 for more information.
FRI – Feb 16 – 6 PM – The Annual Jeff Lanier Memorial Singing will feature the reunion of Perfect Heart and will be held at Central Baptist Church Highway 9, Wetumpka. Former members Mark Lanier, Dale Shipley, Mike Presnell, Garry Sheppard, Anthony Rhodes will be singing and playing. Andrew Ishee will be playing the piano. Also Holy Destiny will be on the program.
