The Autauga County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Division, along with the Narcotics Division, executed a search warrant in the 300 Block of Pickett Street in Autaugaville, AL on Thursday, March 10, 2022.
This investigation was a result of information provided to the Sheriff’s Office by citizens that live in the area and from anonymous complaints. During the search of the residence Investigators located a significant amount of illegal narcotics. Narcotics seized during the investigation were (all weights are approximate) 135 grams of Synthetic Cannabinoids, 3 grams of Powder Cocaine, 3 grams of Crack Cocaine, 23 grams of a substance believed to be Flocka, 14 grams of Methamphetamine, a quantity of Marijuana, a quantity of Hydrocodone, and Drug Paraphernalia commonly used to aid in distribution of narcotics.
Anderson Livingston, 37, of Autaugaville, AL was arrested and is being held in the Autauga Metro Jail under a $586,000 Bond for the following charges:
Trafficking Illegal Drug Synthetic – $500,000 Cash Bond
Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree – $10,000 Cash Only Bond
Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute – $60,000 Cash Only Bond
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – $6,000 Cash Only Bond
Possession of Controlled Substance – $10,000 Cash Only Bond
James Sherrer, 49, of Autaugaville, AL was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation, but is also being held in the Autauga Metro Jail under a $6,000 Bond for the following charges:
Probation Violation – No Bond
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – $6,000 Bond
