Working alongside him you will find his loving family including Sharon, Dillon, and Amber. Sharon, his wife, is always so kind to everyone who walks in the door. They immediately make you feel at home. Don has been in the culinary field for over 20 years with 15 of that as the Dietary Director of Rehab Hospital.

His son, Dillon, a third-generation culinary school graduate, manages the kitchen with Don. Their cafe motto is “God, Family, Community.”

Opening a restaurant right before a pandemic truly had its challenges. When I spoke with Sharon she said, “We have been blessed the last two years. God has had his hand all over us and this business.”
