Angel needs a foster home!

From: Prattville Autauga Humane Society

Pet of the Week – Angel

FOSTER NEEDED Angel is a 5-year-old female Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix who has already been spayed. ‘Special Needs’ is indicated in her bio because, unfortunately, she is heart worm positive; and needs to be in a foster home while being treated for heart worms–more about that later. Angel is, hands down, one of the prettiest dogs we have ever seen. Her medium length coat is brown; and she has white markings and black markings that include a black muzzle and black inside her ears. She weighs 84 pounds, so she is a big gal.

Angel is properly named because she is the sweetest dog who gets along well with everyone including other dogs and children. Angel should NOT be in a home with cats. She is both house trained and crate trained; and also leash trained. Angel is quiet, gentle, and well behaved. She needs a foster home for at least 2 months while she is being treated for heartworms. PAHS will pay her medical bills; and we will supply everything she would need while being fostered–a crate, bed, food, etc. If you think you could have a nice house guest for a couple of months–please contact our staff and let them know you can foster our Angel. Angel is a very calm and ‘chill’ dog! She is not good with cats.

PAHS is open 11-4 Monday thru Saturday. Please contact Prattville/Autauga Humane Society for most current information: 1009 Reuben Road, Prattville, AL-Phone: 334-358-2882 Email Address: [email protected].
