John Lee Paint Co. welcomed the community to their new location, Aug. 7, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Millbrook Area Chamber of Commerce.
For over 40 years, John Lee Paint Co. has been coloring the tri-county area with an incredible selection of paints, primers, stains, lacquers, and other coatings, as well as the necessary tools for flawless applications.
“We’re so excited to have John Lee Paint Co. here, and I’ve told everyone if you need paint, you should come here,” said Millbrook Mayor Al Kelley.
John Lee opened the first location in 1974 on Fairground Road in Montgomery. In 1990, they moved the business to the current location on Coliseum Boulevard for more room and storage.
In 2022, Clint Carroll took over the business with the intent to build on Lee’s solid foundation, developing an experienced staff that provides quality products and exceptional service.
“We want to thank everyone for your support, and we look forward to doing business in the Millbrook community,” said Carroll.
