Qualifying closed Tuesday afternoon for Mayoral and Council positions across Autauga and Elmore counties. The Municipal election will be held Aug. 26. If you are a candidate for public office, please submit your announcement to [email protected] within the next three weeks. It is a FREE, one-time announcement but must be submitted by the candidate, along with a photo. All other election information will be paid advertising.
Editor’s Note: The ‘Pending’ after candidates’ names means they have not yet been verified by the Ethics Commission for their Statement of Economic Interest Form, or other information is unclear. Also, at the time of this report we had no official information submitted by Tallassee or Deatsville officials. We will add that information when it is available.
