OPELIKA POST – A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:06 p.m. Saturday, May 17, has claimed the life of a Montgomery man. Jordan D. Todd, 39, was fatally injured when the 2004 GMC Yukon he was driving was struck by the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Garrison H. Gray, 21, of Madison. Todd was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Gray and Richard I. Albright III, 44, of Troy, who was a passenger in the Silverado, were also injured and transported to Troy Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The crash occurred at the intersection of U.S. 82 and Bullock County 7, approximately 11 miles west of Union Springs, in Bullock County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
