We are currently accepting vendor applications for our events, which will be held near a gas station and Piggly Wiggly off Highway 31. The address is 1926 US 31, Prattville. About Prattville Farm Swap
The Prattville Farm swap is a market for people to sell and barter so we work and support our community together. This is a community supported event and without vendors and small businesses participating this would not be possible. This event happens every 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:00 to 2:00 p.m.
Hello I am Rachel Lofton owner of the Prattville Farm Swap and we are so glad you have decided to look into us! Here are some more details about the swap if you’re interested in becoming a vendor.
The vendor fee is 15 + tax if you need an invoice there is a $2 processing fee. The vendor fee is due the Saturday before the week of event if you happen to be interested in signing up for the current month and it is already passed this deadline you can still sign up as long as you pay the same day. The vendor fees can be paid via Cash card in person and I can meet you or you can come to the site. I can also send an invoice that you can pay through if you are unable to meet up.
If you are a first-time vendor you will need to sign a liability form and then pay vendor fee then the morning of the event you can set up between 7:30 and 8:30.
To get you started all we need is these five items:
1. First and last name on your driver’s license
2. Address
3. Phone number
4. Email
5. Your business’s/farm name
Here are some rules for attending or participating in the Prattville Farm swap:
*This is a tobacco-free area animals and children are always present.
*Please arrive on time or message someone to let them know that you are running late (if you are a vendor and arrive late or pay your vendor fee late $5 will be added to your total for participation)
*Dogs must be on a leash at all times no exceptions
* If you are bringing animals they must be healthy with no visible injuries or illness and have food and water present at all times. they must also be kept in a proper containment.
*Liability forms are to be completed before you are allowed to sell, everyone older than 18 has to sign one.
*All vendors must arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 if I am not notified you will have a $5 late fee. We ask that everyone arrives between these times so that everyone who comes to attend and shop including their children can do so safely without worry of getting ran over.
