It was a hot homecoming parade for Stanhope Elmore High School Thursday, but a group of seniors cooled off for the traditional jump in the pond near the end of the parade on Chapman Road.

The homecoming court, cheerleaders, band members, ROTC, dance team, football players and different clubs and organizations march from the school, to Main Street, turning onto Chapman Road and paraded by Millbrook Middle School.

Here is a gathering of photos from multiple photographers from the event. Due to overheating phones, not all of the photos were taken that we hoped for, but hoping for cooler temperatures next year. On Friday night, the Mustangs played well and won their homecoming game. Congratulations Mustangs!
