Alabama Dept. of Public Health Provides Link to Follow Updated Cases of Corona Virus Across State; Important Information

As of the last update from the Alabama Department of Public Health, the state so far has a total of 28 confirmed cases of the Corona Virus, or COVID-19. The information below was updated at 1:05 p.m.  today.

Jefferson County has 17, the highest thus far. Counties with 3 cases include Shelby and Tuscaloosa. Counties with only one confirmed case include Baldwin, Elmore, Lee, Limestone, Montgomery. These numbers are being updated as possible. There have been no reported deaths thus far related to this illness.
